This was a great blog from “cooking without limits” that I wanted to share because it goes hand in hand with building a “fit house.” Too much stress is a major obstacle to achieving so many goals, whether it’s getting healthy, getting organized or just enjoying life. Again, it’s a cycle…too much stress brings those things down and causes more stress…so if you can reduce stress by taking steps to get healthy and enjoy life, then you can continue to reduce stress and grow in health and happiness. I am not an expert in stress, but in the last years I decided that I want to live my life in my own tearms. Stressing very much was one of my problems, but in time, I managed to claim control of some things in my life and forget about stress. You can do it, too.
