Okay, everyone, it’s time to help each other out! So, after I became a mom, my entire outlook on fitness changed. I went from a “No excuses” type to a “maybe later…” to an “I’ll get back to it…eventually.” Well, I am getting closer, but I need to give myself a good kick in the butt every day.
I have been walking regularly, but I still want to incorporate more regular strength training back into my life, lol.

I try to sneak fitness into my everyday life, but I want to get back to a more regular routine. So, I thought, let’s motivate each other! What encourages you to get moving when you just don’t want to? For example, now that I am a mom (and older), I find more of my motivation comes from just wanting to feel good and have more energy to keep up with life, than about how I look. 😛

Whether it’s a walk around the block, a yoga session, or a full-on kickboxing class — what helps you get up and do it? (Especially on those days when you’re exhausted and finding it hard to find your inner motivation)?
